Description
There is a beach on the southern Oregon Coast below a bluff. We can climb down to this pebble beach and then hike south where there is a collection of huge redwood stumps washed up on shore. They are so large that we wonder at the intensity of the storm that brought them ashore. They have been there a long time and are beautifully polished by the waves. Many have faces that look back at you, telling secrets of long ago. This old redwood piece reminded me of a lion?
